Books are usually dispatched within twenty-four, forty-eight, one or two Business Days.
N.B. Dispatch time does not include delivery, but estimated dispatch times will have been stated on the website at the time of order.

Returns & Refunds
This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund will be given only for damaged items. The returned items providing they are in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.
If your book has arrived damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. We will assess the extent of the damage and send you a prepaid label if it is worth returning it to us.
We kindly ask that you please do not post back damaged books without contacting us first.
